Exploring the Relationship between Project Planning and Timely Completion of a Project through Confirmatory Factor Analysis

Real estate market and housing projects play a vital role in the economy of Pakistan. This study has been conducted with an aim to explore relationship between project planning factors & on-time completion real Sample data comprised 440 observations was collected through structured questionnaire from contractors, managers, engineers supervisors related construction projects. Confirmatory Factor Analysis used along validity reliability tests conclude significant factors. Through binary logistics regression, concluded that various internal external like “contractor causes”, “material, labor equipment causes” “contract relationships have impact on timely project.
